3) How: How you plan to operate can make or break you, and many people break because they have no clue how they plan to operate. They might have a great product and a great idea, but if they do not know how their operation will be run, they will fail. The two "How"s to know are A) How will I get the word out there about my company, and B) How will I run my operation?
