At one point or another, every one of us has gone through what we would term a "bad day" (in fact, some of us experience such days more often than we would like!), but one of the worst parts about a bad day is the fact that such days often end up having a carryover effect, invading the day after and turning it (or, at least, part of it) into a "bad day" as well; because of the tendency of bad days to do this, it is quite valuable to know what you can do in order to end bad days on a good note! At the end of a bad day, one of the first things you should do is force yourself to take some time to unwind and relax; of course, the idea of having to "force yourself" to unwind and relax can seem a bit strange - but when you keep these tips in mind next time you have a bad day, you will realize that sometimes "forcing yourself" to relax is often exactly what you have to do at the end of a bad day, as you will naturally want to remain tensed-up and frustrated instead. After you have taken the time to relax a bit (at least, to relax as much as your body will allow!), you should also make an effort to do something fun; you will often find that "doing something fun" is the last thing you are in the mood for, but by making the effort to do this, you will soon find that a new mood starts to take hold of you. And perhaps the most important thing of all, when it comes to ending a bad day on a good note, is that you move forward in your mind before you go to bed; it is easy to reflect on the bad day you had, but all this does is keep the thoughts of the bad day in your mind as you sleep - when instead, you can turn your attention to a positive "day after" by thinking on positive things as you fall asleep! Hopefully, you have bad days infrequently enough that you are no expert at knowing how to properly end such days - but with this handy guide in mind, you will be equipped to end a bad day on a good note next time one such day crops up. http://bluerose.jamesloving.com/
